Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity using the medical worksheet and ensure accuracy of records.
• Review and check completeness of patient’s filled-up medical forms.
• Record physical measurements such as height, weight, vital signs, and blood pressure.
• Provide clear instructions to patients before and during the examination (e.g., preparing for physical exam, advising when to remove clothing once inside the exam room).
• Guide and assist patients through the physical examination process to ensure order and efficiency.
• Assist in encoding doctor’s remarks and ensure accurate documentation in patient records.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and uphold clinic professionalism.
