About the Role

Join our software company as a Solution Engineer! You will bridge the gap between technical solutions and client business needs, designing and delivering tailored solutions while supporting sales. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in the software or data industry and hands-on exposure to Intercom, HubSpot, or CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design technical solutions
• Conduct product demos and showcase solution value
• Support pre-sales activities and answer technical queries
• Assist in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
•  Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, IT, or related)
•  3–5 years relevant experience in software/data/CRM solutions
•  Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
•  Fluent English (written & spoken)
•  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

Nice to Have

•  CRM platform implementation experience
•  Project management or client training exposure
•  SaaS deployment or integration experience
