• Lead and manage solar/PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong planning, scheduling, and budget control skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management tools including MS Project and Primavera.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills in English.
