Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join the OMODA & JAECOO Philippines team. This role will be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and supporting live streaming and short video-related activities. As a key player in bridging our brand with the audience, you'll help boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily content planning, publishing, and operations across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).(Including content planning and release, interaction and community operation, data analysis and optimization, platform promotion and launch support, etc.)
• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing brand live streaming events, including scriptwriting, engagement strategies, and performance analysis.
• Create and enhance short video content tailored to the brand’s identity and audience preferences, maximizing exposure and user engagement.
• Regularly analyze social media data and user feedback to develop content optimization strategies and improve platform performance.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to propose innovative content ideas and campaign plans.
• Assist the team with other tasks related to brand communication and promotion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communication, New Media, or related fields is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Possess backend data analysis skills: Understand social media advertising placement and effect analysis tools (such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their operational rules.
• Strong content creation skills, especially in short video production and editing.
• Data analysis capabilities to optimize content and social media strategies based on performance insights.
• Highly responsible, capable of handling pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English and local languages, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
