Social Media & Community Operations Lead:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies for the company’s social media platforms—Twitter, Telegram, Line, Instagram, etc.—to boost brand awareness and user engagement.

2. Establish and manage global and regional communities (e.g., Chinese, English, Southeast Asian markets), fostering user loyalty and conversion through diverse interactions and events.

3. Plan and execute online campaigns (AMAs, airdrops, challenges, UGC activities, etc.) to drive community growth, viral expansion, and retention.

4. Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, community moderators, and industry media to facilitate collaboration and maximize exposure.

5. Continuously monitor and analyze community and social media metrics, produce regular analytical reports, and optimize operational strategies accordingly.

6. Coordinate resources across product, design, and BD teams to ensure seamless execution of community and social media initiatives.

Qualifications: Strong English skills are a plus. Must have extensive experience in exchange social media and community operations, proven leadership of a team of around 10, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure. This is a leadership role with an open salary range.
