Social Media & Content Creator / Sales

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency across platforms.
• Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools and prepare reports.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.

Content Creation

• Develop creative content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, captions, and hashtags.
• Write compelling copy for posts, ads, promotions, and product descriptions.
• Edit photos and videos using relevant tools and software.
• Ensure content aligns with marketing goals and target audience needs.

Sales & Lead Generation

• Promote products or services through social media and digital channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Generate leads through content, campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Follow up with potential customers via direct messages, comments, or email.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Track competitors’ activities and market trends.
