1、Handle daily management and content publishing for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

2、Develop posting schedules and optimize posting time, tags, topics, and titles.

3、Track key metrics including views, engagement, and follower growth.

4、Manage DMs, comment interactions, fan care, and community funneling.

5、Deliver weekly reports and monthly performance reviews.

6、Work with the content and livestream teams on traffic growth and conversion.

7、Familiar with the operating rules of at least one or two major platforms.

8、Capable of reading basic performance data (retention, conversions, etc.).

9、Comfortable using spreadsheets and scheduling tools.

10、Strong execution, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

11、Experience in short-form video or livestream industries is a plus.
