Project construction management, supervision and implementation of the overall company policies , directives, procedures and control over the assigned project and business undertakings under the following functional responsibilities:

Overall coordination, meetings and presentations to clients, local government unit/municipalities, and other agencies as required by Hansei.
Safekeeping of records and documentations.
Prepare and maintain sketches, amps, report, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
Verify t h e accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted by the survey sites.
Direct or conduct surveys in order to established legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, evaluation and dimensions of l and features.
Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, p lots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, evaluation, and other geodetic measurements.
Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and other concerned w it h project.
Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.
Determine longitude and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites , transits, levels, and satellite based global positioning systems (DGS)
Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
Conduct research in surveying and mapping methods, using knowledge of techniques of photogrammetric map compilation and electronic data processing.

Familiarization with the applicable domestic and international electrical codes standards specifications and safety requirements including compilation for references.
Undertake fie l d works on company project sites and provide necessary technical assistance to field personnel.
Report and recommend to the management any project status, issues and concerns for appropriate action and resolution.
Provide full support, assistance, and coordination with other functional groups.
Observance and strict compliance to the company policies, company guidelines, company code of conduct, as well as other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Perform other related services as maybe assigned time to time.
