Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and engineering surveys using advanced surveying instruments and technology (e.g., Total Station, GPS, LiDAR, drones).
Verify legal boundaries and prepare cadastral surveys in compliance with statutory requirements.
Produce survey plans, maps, and reports for use in design, construction, and legal documentation.
Certify survey documents and lodge plans with relevant government authorities.
Interpret engineering and architectural drawings to provide accurate site setting-out and alignments.
Monitor construction progress through as-built surveys and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Supervise and mentor survey assistants, technicians, and junior surveyors.
Manage survey records, databases, and digital mapping systems (GIS, CAD).
Provide expert advice to clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and government authorities.
Ensure all survey work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
