The Project-in-Charge manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project—from the pre-construction stage, the construction stage, up to the post-construction phase. He provides leadership and directs all groups involved in the success of the project.

• Plans the overall and specific requirements of the project
• Implements the project activities based on the schedule, desired quality, within budget, and in a safe manner
• Implements a serious housekeeping program
• Prepares a complete report that will update head office about the status of issues/concerns and recommended resolution developed with the site team
• Coordinates with other departments in order to resolve concerns that they may help
• Establishes meaningful relationships with relevant authorities
• Manages and controls the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con
• Monitors and controls project performance
• Turn-over and preparation of project close-out
• Prepares and submits project operating plan

• Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering
• With at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Has strong leadership skills and ability to track progress and quality of work being performed by design and trades
• Must be hardworking, team player, and flexible (multi-tasking)
• Required Skill(s): Project Management, Construction Schedule, People Management, Billing
• Work background in system furniture and modular cabinets
