Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance staff to ensure the quality and reliability of our fiber optic projects. The role involves checking installations, splicing, and testing to meet company and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing works.
• Conduct OTDR, power meter, and other fiber optic tests.
• Review test results and project documents for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Report issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and field teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering, Electronics, or related course (preferred).
• Experience in fiber optic QA/QC or installation/testing.
• Knowledgeable in OTDR, splicing, and fiber optic tools.
• Detail-oriented, with good reporting and documentation skills.
• Willing to work in both office and field.
