• Project Leadership: Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and making necessary adjustments
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing large-scale corporate projects
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  
  

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
