Supervise and monitor the performance of security guards across assigned locations.
Coordinate deployment schedules, relievers, and manpower movement.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company and client security protocols.
Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding operational concerns.
Investigate incidents and submit timely reports.
Assist in recruitment, training, and briefing of security personnel.
Prepare and submit operational and incident reports regularly.

Graduate of Bachelors Degree in any course.
With valid security officer license.
Physically & mentally fit.
Knowledgeable in security risk & assessment, security survey, security investigation.
With at least 1 year experienced in security related field.
Knows how to drive 4 wheels and motorcycle.
