- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
- Support the planning and organization of school events and activities.
- Help maintain student records and ensure compliance with data management protocols.
- Participate in meetings and take notes to help document discussions and decisions.
- Assist in the development of educational materials and resources for staff and students.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to address student needs and support initiatives.
- Conduct research on best practices in school administration and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Current student or recent graduate in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for education and commitment to supporting student success.
