Descripción
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine scaffold layout
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear
- Ensure all scaffolding complies with safety regulations and standards
- Work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Coordinate with site managers and other construction workers
- Maintain and store scaffolding equipment properly
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Secure scaffolding to buildings or structures using appropriate methods
- Install guardrails, toe boards, and other safety features
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder or similar role
- Certification in scaffolding (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- With NC2 Certificate
- Knowledge of different scaffolding systems and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working at heights
- Good communication and teamwork skills
