Salesforce Architect

Location: Taguig (Onsite)

Salary: PHP 150,000 – PHP 180,000 (Gross Monthly, Negotiable)

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role plays a critical part in aligning the Salesforce platform with business strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term digital transformation success.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce architectures
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, and integration frameworks

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams
• Review and validate solution designs, code, and configurations
• Establish and enforce governance standards for Salesforce development, deployment, and release management

Platform Optimization & Innovation

• Continuously assess Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to enhance platform performance and user experience
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the Salesforce ecosystem

Integration & Enterprise Collaboration

• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP, order management, retail, supply chain, and BI platforms
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless system interoperability
• Partner with business stakeholders to define Salesforce roadmaps aligned with organizational goals

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Support project planning, effort estimation, solution validation, and risk mitigation
• Communicate architectural decisions, technical risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders
• Work in Agile environments supporting sprint-based delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including enterprise architecture and solution design
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in enterprise or retail environments
• Strong technical decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
