Job Summary:

• We seek a highly motivated Sales Executive with experience in the building, elevator/escalator, or HVAC (air conditioning installation) industries.
• The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar field and will be responsible for building strong relationships with real estate developers, condominium property owners, and architectural design firms to promote our vertical transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Fujitec elevator and escalator solutions to new and existing clients.
• Develop relationships with real estate developers, condominium property owners, general contractors, and architectural firms.
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 1–2 years of sales experience in the construction industry, elevator/escalator sector, or HVAC (air conditioning installation) companies.
• Existing network or experience dealing with real estate developers, condominium owners, or architectural/design firms is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Must be willing to travel or be assigned to project sites when required.
