Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite – Sampaloc, Manila)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 25k-30k + Commission!


About the Role


De Castro Consulting is looking for a B2B Sales Associate to join our fast-growing professional team. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on building relationships with international companies through lead generation and appointment setting.


Not a call center role.


You’ll be engaging directly with decision-makers, managing corporate relationships, and representing the company in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business clients in target markets
  • Conduct lead generation and appointment setting via email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international corporate clients
  • Present company services and develop tailored proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong background in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with international or corporate clients is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, confident, and professional
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (Sampaloc, Manila)
