We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Representative – Sales & Recovery who knows how to turn hesitation into confidence, and interest into loyalty.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reach out to customers who abandoned or declined orders, guiding them through recovery solutions.
  • Offer clear and helpful information to make the buying decision easier.
  • Address questions and objections professionally while ensuring a smooth order process.
  • Record interactions and feedback in our CRM for accuracy and performance tracking.
  • Handle concerns in a way that strengthens customer trust and protects Nooro’s reputation.
  • Consistently meet recovery and upsell goals while focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Share insights from calls to support continuous improvement.


What You Bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience handling outbound customer calls (recovery, upselling, or retention), ideally in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong track record of converting customer interest into completed transactions.
  • Skilled in handling objections and identifying opportunities for added value.
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, phone tools, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to confidently explain products.
