Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Assist customers with device selection, e-liquids, and accessories
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support daily operations
• Train, motivate, and support sales team members
• Help meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Handle opening/closing duties as needed
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with age-verification and local regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in retail/vape industry with strong knowledge of vaping products and devices, vaping culture and trends.
• with strong communication and interpersonal skills, good looking, and confident in appearance.
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Full-time; willing to work long hours, may require evening and weekend shifts.
• Friendly, approachable, customer-focused, and sales-driven with a desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift products or stock; and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
