Job Description

The Sales Personnel is responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with food manufacturing clients. The role focuses on promoting company products/services, generating sales, and providing excellent customer support to meet revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with food industry standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales accounts within the food manufacturing industry
  • Promote and sell company products/services to existing and potential clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with food manufacturers, purchasing officers, and decision-makers
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations
  • Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and business reviews
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and industry regulations relevant to clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience handling food manufacturing companies
  • Strong understanding of the food manufacturing industry, processes, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel as required
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage
