Descripción

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. This role requires initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to account turnover. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their security needs, presenting tailored service solutions, and successfully closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, and other channels.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to assess client needs, challenges, and security requirements.
  • Present customized proposals that align with client objectives and service expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Navigate the client buying process, identifying decision-makers and engaging them effectively.
  • Close new business deals and ensure smooth handover to the account management team.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to support continuous improvement of service offerings and strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or any related course.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in services or security-related industries.
  • Strong track record of independently generating and closing leads.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of initiative, independence, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
