As a Sales Representative you are expected to take inbound phone calls from potential customers depending on the brand they are assigned to. It is our job to set up customers with TV, Internet, Home Phone and mobility services on the same call. They will also be responsible to maximize cross selling opportunities for customers who doesn't have service available in the area and existing customers. As part of the inside sales team, you will represent leading brands and help customers find the products they want and need. You will work with a team to collaborate on best practices and new approaches while also working autonomously to reach personal achievements.

·      At least high school graduate or K-12 Graduates

·      STRONG sales background preferably (with excellent persuasive communication skills)

·      At least 6 months of sales BPO experience is required.

·      Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation 

·      Fixed Graveyard/Night Shift 

·      Can communicate in English
