The Sales Associate handles sales data accuracy, internal reporting, and system coordination. The role ensures the sales team has timely access to updated information and structured workflow support to maintain prospect momentum.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• At least 6 months of administrative, data handling, or CRM-related experience (BPO or back-office preferred)
• Experience in sales coordination, reporting, or pipeline tracking is a plus
• Fresh graduates with strong documentation and organizational skills may be considered
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift

What You’ll Do:

• Track, update, and manage CRM and pipeline records
• Generate sales reports for internal tracking
• Assist Outbound Sales Representative and Sales Support Staff in updating lead status
• Monitor data accuracy and documentation consistency
• Coordinate with Sales OIC for workflow support and reporting
