Descripción

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hotel Amenities Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling hotel products and services (such as spa packages, room upgrades, event packages, in-room amenities, and experiences) to guests and clients. Your primary objective is to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring guests are aware of all offerings that enhance their stay.


  • Actively promote and sell hotel amenities, including spa services, room upgrades, dining experiences, tours, wellness packages, and event services.
  • Engage with guests (via phone, email, and in person) to understand their needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge of all hotel offerings and promotions.
  • Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and reservations staff to identify sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Process amenity requests and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide follow-up service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of guest interactions and sales transactions.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and stay updated on competitor offerings.
  • Gather guest feedback and relay insights to relevant departments.



Preferred Skills:


  • Previous experience in hotel or luxury hospitality sales.
  • Knowledge of local tourism offerings and attractions.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

Requisito

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing is a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
