Descripción

  • Answers inquiries, phone calls, emails, messengers and other business related group and page.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Possesses in-depth product knowledge and be able to suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers in buying items that they need. 
  • Achieves sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
  • Responsible for collecting payments from clients and ensuring that all outstanding balances are settled.
  • Coordinates with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Monitors orders and coordinates with graphic artist and production assistants for completion of customers’ orders.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily inquiry reports, weekly work plans/strategies, order forms, weekly sales reports and other pertinent documents. 
  • Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.

Requisito

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
