1. Revenue Target Achievement

  • To continuously meet or exceed established revenue targets with the aim to foster company growth.
  • In charge of meeting personal sales revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Help increase revenue target, constantly aim for new potential customers and expand current clients.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets.

3. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our offerings, addressing client needs and pain points.

4. Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively.
  • Handle objections and concerns with professionalism to facilitate deal closure.
  • Ensure all sales agreements are accurately documented and processed.

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and address any client inquiries promptly.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and potential threats in the market.

7. Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports to top management.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Gdocs, Spreadsheet, Slide)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within the food and agricultural industry.
  • Experience in the food and bev industry.
  • Previous experience in sales or other related fields like marketing, customer service, etc.
  • Knowledgeable about the sales process, including generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the local food market and customer preferences.
