Descripción

Generating Leads:
Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, or referrals.
Presenting Products/Services:
Clearly communicating the value and benefits of offerings to prospective and existing clients.
Building Relationships:
Maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and foster long-term loyalty.
Negotiating and Closing Deals:
Convincing customers to purchase, negotiating prices and terms, and finalizing sales.
Meeting Sales Targets:
Working to achieve or exceed sales quotas set by the company.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Sales Documentation:
Preparing and maintaining sales records, contracts, and other necessary documents.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

Requisito

Well-experienced on Sales for Construction Firm, Fabrication, Manufacturing and Home Equipment & Appliances
Experienced in Office-based and Corporate Selling is required
Tech-savvy skills ( Google, Viber, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp ,Dropbox etc)
Good in Microsoft Office Software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to think on your feet.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Strong networking abilities.
Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
Ability to remain professional.
