Working closely with clients, to identify needs, answer inquiries about the services, and recommend possible solutions and offers.
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Knowledgeable and up-to-date with the service features, and the ability to provide options.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Team up with other departments to ensure proper customer service.
Provide ideas and strategies on ways to improve sales.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.
Live the corporate values and keenly observe all policies and procedures of the company.
Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.

Must have a Driver’s License (know how to drive 4 wheels automatic and manual transmission).
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales.
Great communication skills and customer service.
With the ability to familiarize inventory procedures and different information connected to the services and products.
