Descripción
- As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll engage with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and drive sales while maintaining a well-organized store environment.
- Greet customers, answer their questions, and enhance engagement with merchandise.
- Provide outstanding customer service and achieve established sales goals.
- Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increase in-store sales through product recommendations and promotions.
- Maintain superior product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-sell products to enhance purchases.
Requisito
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Pleasing appearance and professional demeanour.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willing to be assigned in MANGO boutique in SM Clark / Marquee
