As a Sales Representative at Gentle Paws, you'll play a vital role in sharing our passion for natural pet care with pet owners, retailers, and partners. Your expertise will drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and promote our holistic approach to pet wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential and existing retail partners.
• Promote Top Select’s products by presenting product benefits, features, and the competitive advantages of each brand.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding market needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and market trends. ○ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry development and competitor activity.

• Proven experience in sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel if needed to meet clients and partners.

• Familiarity with pet care, lifestyle
• Understanding of retail operations, distribution channels and sale processes
• Furparent/ Petlover is a plus
• Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, and NBI (for payroll processing)
• Must be able to start as soon as possible
• Must be amendable to work Monday to Saturday
• Tondo, Manila: amendable to commute/ relocate.
