La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our Pre-Selling Sales Division. This position plays a vital role in backend operations — ensuring our agents are fully equipped with updated and accurate real estate project information from top developers.


Role Overview

You will serve as the backbone of developer coordination and documentation, working closely with our Division Head. You will not be recruiting agents. Instead, your focus is on ensuring every project is accredited, well-documented, and sales-ready in our CRM.


Position Details

  • Title: Sales Operations Executive – Developer Coordination & Documentation
  • Division: Pre-Selling Sales (Developers’ Projects)
  • Reports To: Division Head – Mr. Errol Pizarra
  • Work Setup: On-Site (Makati / Pasay office)
  • Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 + Allowances
  • Hiring Status: Immediate


Main Responsibilities

1. Developer Coordination

  • Liaise with top developers (DMCI, SMDC, Ayala, etc.) for project updates and accreditations
  • Collect and organize price lists, brochures, and inventory
  • Track PKS (Product Knowledge Seminar) and orientation attendance

2. CRM & Documentation

  • Encode/update project details into CRM (EstateBud / GHL)
  • Maintain clean, organized digital folders per developer
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks

3. Sales Documentation Support

  • Prepare: Reservation Forms, OTPs, ATS, and Computation Sheets
  • Track buyer requirements and document status
  • Maintain accreditation and reservation trackers

4. Internal Marketing Support

  • Use Canva to create flyers/presentations
  • Edit basic videos via Canva or CapCut
  • Organize marketing assets for agent use

5. Admin Coordination

  • Schedule PKS and site visits
  • Prepare binders, materials, attendance logs
  • Submit weekly reports to Division Head and CEO
