Drake’s top client – a chemical construction company is hiring a Sales Manager - VisMin to be part of their collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing sales accounts and assist the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.

• Maximize efforts in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars, and trial mixes to clients.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity, and attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.

• Develop and sustain business in Key and Mega Projects.

• Work with the Technical Team to provide technical support services to customers in achieving key project sales objectives.

• Review and redefine technical specifications and product limitations as necessary.

• Monitor the flow of sales operations for every customer, from sales ordering to delivery.

• Take charge of the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.

• Monitor the company’s products handled by customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage.

• Adhere to the company’s established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.

• Actively participate in all the company’s projects regarding quality and the environment, fully supporting and acting in accordance with company policy.

• Comply with necessary ISO procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

• Ensure that the Quality and Environmental Management System is understood.

• Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.

• Ensures that all operating standards are always adheres.

• Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• Civil engineering graduate, preferably licensed.

• Experience in the construction industry.

• 10 to 20 years of sales experience, including 5 to 10 years in managerial roles.

• Proven track record in client maintenance and development.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong people and sales management abilities.

• Familiar with ISO procedures and Quality and Environmental Management (QEM) systems.

Willing to work from Mondays to Fridays, remote setting.

• Area: Visayas and Mindanao.
