- Lead the team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

- Generate new business and close deals while modeling best practices.

- Provide expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for seamless sales-to-service alignment.


People Management & Coaching

- Manage, coach, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives.

- Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

- Provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team culture.


Goal Setting & Development Planning

- Set clear goals, KPIs, and development paths for team members.

- Create personalized growth plans for career progression.

- Track performance and implement skill and productivity improvement strategies.


Operational Excellence

- Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.

- Monitor metrics to spot trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Streamline sales processes for efficiency and scalability.


Reporting & Analytics

- Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.

- Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas.

- Leverage insights to design training and development initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including outbound prospecting and negotiation.
  • 5+ years of people-management or team leadership experience.
  • Strong coaching, goal-setting, and performance management skills.
  • Fluent in written and oral English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive both results and people development
  • Experience scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
