Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Conduct sales training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, assess client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and regular performance reporting.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the design team to align sales initiatives with product developments and innovations.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to support product improvements.
  • Lead negotiations for strategic contracts and high-value projects.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
  • Oversee payment collections and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Perform such other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in construction, interiors, or building materials.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of B2B/project-based sales (working with architects, contractors, developers, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City and start ASAP.
  • Application requirement: Submit a list of projects handled including project names and client names.
