Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Make sure the showroom runs smoothly and provides excellent customer service.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Keep track of stock levels and display products in a way that boosts sales and keeps customers happy.
• Lead the Team: Supervise, train, and support showroom staff.
• Work with Other Teams: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics to improve showroom performance.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
• Customer & Supplier Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and resolve any issues quickly.
• Track Sales & Feedback: Monitor sales, inventory, and customer feedback to make improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: BS in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a management role in the sanitary wares/products industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and people skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer Service: A customer-first mindset with a focus on satisfaction.
• Management: Experience with managing inventory and sales reports.
• Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a bonus.
