Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager who will lead our sales team, build strong customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth. This role requires a leader who can both persuade customers and take care of staff, ensuring the team remains motivated, well-trained, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relationship

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

• Present, promote, and persuade prospective customers about MEDEZE’s products and services with confidence and professionalism.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.

• Develop a professional network of obstetricians to encourage pregnant women to preserve their newborn’s stem cells.

• Work closely with doctors to promote MEDEZE’s stem cell banking and related services, building trust and long-term partnerships.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to enhance sales techniques and customer engagement skills.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the sales department.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop career growth plans for staff.

Sales Planning & Strategy

  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular management reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support campaigns and service delivery.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, sales, marketing, life sciences) preferably with background 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare solutions or pharmaceutical industry, with some exposure in working within a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and driving business growth;
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills to build lasting customer rapport.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
