Ø Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met

Ø Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers

Ø Inventory stock and reorder when necessary

Ø Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

Ø Attend trade shows to identify new products and services

Ø Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis

Ø Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets and promote business

Ø Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties

Ø Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales

Ø Coach, counsel, train and discipline employees under them

Ø Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products or personnel

Qualifications:

>Bachelor's Degree Holder (any course)

>Preferably with work experience at Pharmaceutical Company

>Willing to do field works

>With good working background from previous company/ies
