  • Manage the lifecycle of security solution products (hardware, software, and integrated systems).
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in product planning, pricing strategies, and positioning.
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to the sales team for client presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product updates, training, and certifications.
  • Develop product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to promote security solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, sales results, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for all solutions offered.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical support.
  • Strong understanding of solar power systems and networking technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally.
