Position: Aftersales Manager

Salary: Basic Pay + Commission of up to Php20,000 and still depending on target achievement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree holder
• At least 3 years of working experience in Aftersales job in a car dealership environment
• 1 year in supervisory or managerial role
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Amenable to work on site and to work with Monday-Saturday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will supervise and manage the dealership's after-sales operations.
• Oversee the after-sales staff.
• Accountable for meeting after-sales KPIs
• Aims to provide exceptional customer service and maintains the dealership's standards.
• Other task as assigned
