  4. Modernization – Upgrading and modernization of all types of elevators and escalators

Work Location: Makati City, Philippines



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize the overall activities of the Service and Sales Department in alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Actively source potential customers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Prepare contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and existing projects without prior contracts.
  • Prepare and recommend adjustments to elevator maintenance fees (monthly and annual).
  • Submit required correspondence and reports to the CEO/General Manager.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the department.
  • Review and validate service proposals prepared by Sales Service Engineers and Sales Consultants.
  • Approve final proposals made by Sales Executives before submission to clients.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
  • Forecast and monitor manpower requirements for the department.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure effective job performance and professional growth.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by superiors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable of preparing accurate and timely reports.
