Descripción

The Project Sales Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the Project Sales Group. The Project Sales Manager is also responsible for the identification of business from identified large real estate developers and top contractors as well as the consequent formulation and implementation of activities that will allow the Project Sales Group to achieve its sales targets.


1. Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling Project Sales Group toward the achievement of achieving sales and collection targets.

2. Organizes territorial assignment ensuring efficient, consistent coverage, and visitation of target customers to achieve sales and collection targets as well as to build long-term business relationships.

3. Drives the Project Sales Group towards the achievement of sales objectives by promoting products, and building business relationships with target customers.

4. Ensures achievement of collection targets and manages compliance of target customers to our credit and collection policies.

5. Identifies significant credit and collection areas that require corrective action to align with the Company's credit risk philosophy.

6. Provides pertinent information on credit risks and works with the Credit and Collection Department in determining necessary action to address the risks.

7. Coordinates with the Marketing Team to ensure timely delivery of orders based on pre-agreed lead times to ensure high level of customer service while maintaining smooth internal operational flow.

8. Conduct monthly Business Review Meetings (BRMs) to ensure continuous improvement of sales activities for the current and future months.

9. Responsible for managing and addressing customer complaints by coordinating with the proper NDCI support group.

10. Maintains budget expense to sales ratio of Project Sales Team.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering, Management or Marketing
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years selling experience in Construction Industry, With previous handling of developers & contractors. Must have portfolio of known key account & contact person
