Descripción

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
Manage and mentor the sales team for optimal performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analyze market trends and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for upper management.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. With people management skills. Willing to do field work and travel on-site to clients’ location.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of sales management experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy, organization, communication, negotiation, presentation, and management.
Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
