We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our team. The Sales Coach will be responsible for improving the performance, skills, and knowledge of our sales team through structured coaching, feedback, and development programs. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
1. Sales Coaching & Development
Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify coaching needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
Provide constructive feedback and create development plans to address performance gaps.
Reinforce best practices in sales calls, prospecting, objection handling, and closing deals.
2. Onboarding & Training
Support the onboarding of new sales hires by delivering sales training and mentoring during their ramp-up period.
Collaborate with sales enablement and HR to design and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate time to productivity.
3. Performance Monitoring & Feedback
Monitor call recordings, CRM data, and sales KPIs to assess sales reps’ performance.
Identify trends in performance and proactively provide feedback to improve results.
Conduct role-playing sessions to simulate sales scenarios and improve confidence and proficiency.
4. Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with Sales Managers and team leads to align coaching goals with business objectives.
Provide insights and feedback to leadership on recurring challenges and opportunities within the sales process.
Help refine sales playbooks, scripts, and messaging based on feedback from coaching sessions.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track and report the effectiveness of coaching initiatives through metrics such as increased close rates, deal size, or ramp-up time.
Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger, Sandler), and technology tools.
Do one on one coaching with agents with focus on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherance
Align with Sales Manager and Team Leads in aligning the coaching priorities with business objectives
Ensure compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards
Analyze Daily and Weekly performance reports
Requisito
Minimum 1 year experience in coaching or leading a sales team (preferably in call center environment
Experience in handling KPIs related to sales quota for any products
strong understanding on handling objections
can negotiate
process knowledge in Sales CRM, QA Tools, and Excel Dashboards
