1. Responsible for achieving sales targets 
2. Develop and implement product strategies to achieve the company's business goals.
3. Conduct and lead weekly business review meeting to coordinate about sales KPI’s and strategy
4. Collaborate with the sales team to increase product sales and provide sales support.
5. Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure
6. Perform product performance analysis to measure success and identify improvement opportunities
7. Build strong partnership with potential customers and key stakeholders in respective areas
8. To handle any other tasks that are assigned on need basis

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
• Having basic selling techniques and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Candidates are expected to have several years of relevant experience in product management, product development, sales or a related field.
• Effective communication skills to convey product strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with others.
• Willing to travel all around Philippines
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Willing to be placed in Pasay City and Bulacan
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday onsite
