• Generate Sales Production for the company via managing and leading a group of property specialists selling properties from the company’s different types of Real Estate Projects.
• Provide guidance and strategies for their assigned sales team.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to ensure excellent sales production for the team and meet the required team quota.
• Providing post-sale customer service for their own clients.
• Ensures Sales Target Quota are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have managerial experience for at least 3 years in the Real Estate industry.
• Must be able to recruit his/her own Sales Team.
• Should be PRC and DHSUD Accredited Real Estate Salesperson.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.
• Must have his/her own team of at least 5 personal sellers.
