Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as Sales Manager in construction finishing materials or product is required for this position (Tiles, wood flooring, Modular Cabinets and closets)
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and can work under pressure
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead sales team
• Can drive and has a Philippine Driver's License

Job Description:

• Managing Company’s sales by developing marketing and business plan
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Coordinating with sales team on lead generation
• The ongoing training of your salespeople
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
• Product presentation with Architectural and design firms, developers and contractors
