The Role:

Join Alveo Land as a Sales Manager and spearhead sales success for our Stratos Division. This is a pivotal role for a results-oriented leader who will develop and execute effective sales strategies, build a high-performing sales team, and cultivate exceptional customer relationships. You will be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales targets and enhancing Alveo Land's market presence.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless sales experience.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.


Qualifications:

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry (minimum 5 years).

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams.

Strong understanding of the Pasig, BGC, Taguig market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
