Sales Executive Japanese steel sales company


・Responsible for assisting the team to attain the daily sales target and surpass the expectations of customers.

・Handling the current client is the main job, but the person can find potential new clients.

・Normally, the sales calls are within Luzon, and can go back within the day (The farthest place can be in Subic)

・If you are assigned to Cebu, you may go on a business trip to Cebu, but it is gonna be very rare.

・Normally, there is no overtime, and employees go back to their homes with the shuttle bus on time. 

・There are subsidies on food in the canteen, and employees can buy and eat food almost for free. 

・There is a possibility that the person can go on a study trip to Japan or other countries.


*Based on our hiring policy, the candidate should not be connected with our competitor for a minimum of 2 years. 


Work schedule: 

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM


One day process; face to face (They are gonna conduct a meeting in one day with more than 2 people)

1. Japanese Treasurer and local sales manager 

2. Japanese President

Requisito

■ Background of this job:

There is a salesperson who will resign from the company, and they are lacking sales now. 


• Preferred Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Management, or equivalent.

• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field, specifically in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.

• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Able to analyze and interpret data to provide optimal solutions.

• Good sense of responsibility and has strong initiative.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Preferably with driving skills. 

• Full-Time position only.

• Willing to be assigned in Laguna Technopark – Biñan, city, Laguna
