What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Develop new business leads through research, outreach, and networking

✅ Understand client pain points and recommend tailored IT solutions

✅ Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations

✅ Prepare persuasive proposals and close deals with confidence

✅ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementations

✅ Maintain long-term client relationships and seek upselling opportunities

✅ Consistently hit or exceed individual and team sales targets

✅ Keep your pipeline organized and updated through CRM tools

✅ Stay current on IT trends, competitors, and market shifts

✅ Represent AWB at partner events, training sessions, and client meetings

What You’ll Bring

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in the tech or IT space

? A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals

? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

? CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail

? A consultative selling approach focused on client success

? Willingness to work onsite in our Cebu office

? Availability to start as soon as possible

Nice-to-Haves

? Experience with ERP platforms like Odoo, NetSuite, or similar systems

? Familiarity with cloud services (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.)

? Background in IT consulting or project-based sales
